I have recently introduced a loyalty card for returning customers.
In your parcel you should find a loyalty card with a gold star. Complete 5 purchases and receive a £10 digital voucher to use on the website.
Gold stars will be attached to your care guide in subsequent orders so please make sure to check your parcel carefully on arrival each time!

Terms and conditions of the promotion
It is the customers responsibility to locate and attach the gold stars to the loyalty card.
Any lost stars cannot be replaced, please keep your card safe.
Orders must be made in the same name and address to qualify for the voucher.
A new loyalty card will be sent out on completion of your first card, there is no limit to how many times you can complete the card.
Vouchers are valid for 1 month, expired vouchers cannot be reissued so make sure to use it in time!
Vouchers can be used on shop items and custom orders including cage liners.
